📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and monitor the performance of our affiliate network, ensuring that our partnerships are profitable and that we maximize our reach and revenue.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the performance of our affiliate program, working closely with our marketing team.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for our affiliate partners, providing them with the support and resources they need to succeed.
• Analyze affiliate data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and develop reports to communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with our sales and customer service teams to ensure that our affiliate partners have a seamless experience and that their needs are met.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in affiliate marketing, and apply this knowledge to our program.
• Maintain and update our affiliate program's terms and conditions, ensuring that they are compliant with relevant regulations and that they reflect our business goals.
• Conduct regular reviews of our affiliate program's performance, and make recommendations for improvements based on data and industry best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, with a proven track record of success in managing and optimizing affiliate programs.
• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing best practices, including performance tracking, commission structures, and affiliate recruitment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with affiliate partners and other stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using affiliate marketing software and tools, such as CJ Affiliate, ShareASale, or Rakuten Marketing.
• Knowledge of digital marketing channels and strategies, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and other analytics tools is a plus.
