📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily operations and ensure all hotel services meet the highest standards
- Manage staff schedules and ensure optimal staffing levels
- Coordinate with housekeeping, food and beverage, and other departments to ensure seamless operations
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate supply of goods and services
- Handle guest complaints and ensure they are resolved promptly and professionally
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement
- Participate in training and development programs for staff
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel operations, preferably in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations and procedures
- Proficient in using hotel management software such as PMS (Property Management System)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
