As a Facilities & Equipment Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for a wide range of tasks, from routine maintenance to troubleshooting and repairs. You'll work with a variety of equipment, including high-speed printing presses, eco-packaging machines, and other industrial machinery. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on printing presses, eco-packaging machines, and other industrial equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Monitor equipment performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to extend the lifespan of equipment.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to implement upgrades and improvements.
• Train and mentor junior technicians.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities and equipment maintenance, preferably in the printing or eco-packaging industry.
• Certification in industrial maintenance or a related field is a plus.
• Proficient in using maintenance management software such as SAP PM or similar.
• Knowledge of high-speed printing presses and eco-packaging machines.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles for site visits.
