Makmur Yoga Health Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Section Head to join our team. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a specific section within the organization, ensuring its smooth operation and adherence to company policies and procedures.,Develop and implement strategies to improve section performance and achieve organizational goals.,Supervise and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow professionally.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.,Monitor section budgets and expenses, ensuring financial responsibilities are met.,Organize and participate in team-building activities to foster a positive and productive work environment.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, applying them to enhance section performance.,Report to the management team on section progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in Business Administration, Health Sciences, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role within a similar organization.,Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Proficiency in using office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with the principles and practices of yoga and holistic health is a plus.,Ability to travel occasionally for business purposes.
