📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.,Manage the sales budget and ensure efficient use of resources.,Report on sales performance and provide insights for business development.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong leadership and team management abilities.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
