📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the pool rental service, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
Manage a team of pool attendants and ensure they are trained and motivated to provide excellent customer service.
Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and condition of the pool equipment and facilities.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring they are resolved promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of pool equipment and supplies.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in pool rental operations or a similar role in the hospitality industry.
Proven experience in managing a team and ensuring operational efficiency.
Strong knowledge of pool maintenance and safety protocols.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis.
