📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Process payroll and manage vendor payments,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights for decision making,Prepare and submit tax returns and financial statements,Monitor cash flow and manage budgets,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial reporting,Perform bank reconciliations and manage accounts payable and receivable

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Strong knowledge of GAAP and Indonesian accounting standards,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus
