Berkah Gita Shop is looking for a dedicated Assistant Store Manager to join our team. This is an urgent position, so we need someone who can start immediately. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring that we provide excellent customer service and maintain high sales performance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including stock control, sales, and customer service.,Ensure that the store is clean, tidy, and well-organized at all times.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.,Train and develop staff to ensure they are providing excellent customer service.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed in the store.,Work closely with the store manager to ensure that all targets are met and that the store is running efficiently.,Attend team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the store.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management or similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of retail operations and sales techniques.,Familiarity with point of sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well in a team and take initiative.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
