📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage all aspects of mining operations, including exploration, extraction, processing, and environmental management.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to ensure operational excellence and sustainable growth.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including environmental, health, and safety regulations.
• Manage cross-functional teams to drive operational improvements and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Monitor and manage risks associated with mining operations, and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including government agencies, local communities, and industry partners, to build and maintain positive relationships.
• Develop and implement corporate social responsibility programs to support the communities in which we operate.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and other professional gatherings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the mining industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.
• Proven track record of successful project management and operational leadership in the mining sector.
• Strong understanding of environmental, health, and safety regulations, and a commitment to sustainable mining practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with mining software and tools, such as Surpac, Datamine, or Vulcan.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) or a related field is a plus.
