📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of staff to ensure high levels of customer service and operational efficiency.,Oversee the daily operations of the department, including scheduling, staffing, and inventory management.,Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team.,Monitor departmental performance and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive dining experience for all guests.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and customer satisfaction.,Participate in the development and implementation of departmental goals and objectives.,Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote a positive atmosphere for staff and customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of managing teams and driving operational excellence.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate staff.,Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations and compliance requirements.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
