📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including conducting interviews and reviewing applications.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate employee benefits and compensation, including payroll and insurance.,Handle employee relations issues and provide support to the HR team.,Assist in the organization and planning of HR-related events and activities.,Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry and filing.,Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.
