Well Harvest Winning Alumina Refinery, the first and largest alumina smelter in ASEAN, is seeking a skilled Electrical Operations & Maintenance Engineer to ensure the seamless operation and maintenance of our electrical systems. In this role, you will be responsible for the daily operations and maintenance of our electrical infrastructure, including transformers, switchgear, and motor control centers. You will work closely with a team of engineers and technicians to ensure the reliability and efficiency of our electrical systems. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain electrical systems, including transformers, switchgear, and motor control centers.
• Conduct regular inspections and tests to ensure the reliability and efficiency of electrical systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of electrical systems with other refinery operations.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Provide technical support and training to junior engineers and technicians.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the performance of electrical systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical operations and maintenance, preferably in the industrial sector.
• Certification in electrical systems, such as NEMA, IEEE, or IEC standards.
• Familiarity with electrical software tools, such as AutoCAD, ETAP, or SKM.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to travel to remote sites as needed.
