📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain the physical facilities, including buildings, equipment, and infrastructure.
• Oversee vendor contracts, negotiations, and performance, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and resolve any facility-related issues.
• Implement and enforce health and safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in facility management or a related role.
• Proficient in using facility management software such as SAP or Oracle.
