PT Bumi Widya is seeking a dedicated and experienced Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the company's fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fleet management principles and a proven track record of successfully managing a fleet in a similar role. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and available for use.,Coordinate with drivers and ensure they are properly trained and qualified to operate the vehicles.,Monitor vehicle usage and fuel consumption, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.,Oversee the maintenance and repair of vehicles, coordinating with external service providers as needed.,Manage vehicle insurance and registration, ensuring all documents are up to date and compliant.,Develop and implement fleet management policies and procedures to improve efficiency and safety.,Provide regular reports on fleet performance and recommend improvements.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure the fleet meets their needs and requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong understanding of fleet management principles and best practices.,Proven ability to manage a fleet effectively, including vehicle maintenance, driver training, and compliance with regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.,Proficiency in using fleet management software and other relevant tools.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
