SHIFT Sejahtera is seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Handle employee relations, including grievances and performance issues.,Organize and facilitate training and development programs for employees.,Coordinate benefits administration and ensure compliance with benefit plans.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and policies.,Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.,Support the HR team in any other projects or tasks as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment.
