In this role, you will teach a variety of subjects, including Mathematics, Sciences, and Languages, to students aged 11-18. You will be responsible for creating engaging and effective lesson plans, assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in their subject area, a deep commitment to the IB curriculum, and a passion for inspiring young minds.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Teach Mathematics, Sciences, and Languages to students aged 11-18 according to the IB DP/Pre-DP curriculum.
• Develop and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans that align with the IB standards.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
• Collaborate with other faculty members to ensure a cohesive and well-rounded education for all students.
• Participate in school-wide initiatives and events that promote the values of faith, community, and global citizenship.
• Engage with parents and guardians to maintain open lines of communication and support student success.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment for all students.
• Stay current with the latest developments in education and the IB curriculum to continuously improve teaching practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in the relevant subject area (Mathematics, Sciences, or Languages).
• Teaching certification or equivalent qualification in education.
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in an IB DP/Pre-DP setting or a similar academic environment.
• Strong knowledge of the IB DP/Pre-DP curriculum and assessment criteria.
• Experience with educational technology tools such as Google Classroom, Zoom, and Microsoft Office.

• Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
