📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage graphic design projects from concept to completion.,Create visually compelling designs for various marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and advertisements.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet business objectives.,Mentor and develop junior designers, providing guidance and feedback to help them grow professionally.,Ensure designs are consistent with the company's brand guidelines and visual identity.,Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.,Manage design workflows and deadlines to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, with a proven track record of leading design projects.,Strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of design skills and projects.,Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant design tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.,Understanding of print and digital media, and their respective design considerations.
