📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
• Develop and implement new recipes and menu items.
• Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.
• Manage inventory and purchasing to ensure optimal stock levels.
• Maintain high-quality standards in food preparation and presentation.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Optimize kitchen efficiency and productivity.
• Lead and motivate the kitchen team to achieve daily targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing a kitchen team.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to create and maintain a high-quality menu.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Familiarity with local and international culinary trends.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
