CV Mulya Terang is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Lead Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Binjai, Sumatera Utara. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our logistics operations, ensuring that our products are delivered efficiently and on time. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics management and a proven track record of success in similar roles.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the logistics team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and transportation providers to ensure timely delivery of products.,Monitor inventory levels and implement reordering systems to prevent stockouts and overstocking.,Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and transportation providers.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.,Provide regular reports to management on the status of logistics operations.,Conduct regular training sessions for the logistics team to ensure that they are up-to-date on best practices and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics management, with a focus on transportation and inventory management.,Proven track record of success in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems, including ERP and TMS.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
