📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement procurement strategies to achieve cost savings and operational efficiency.,Manage vendor relationships, including negotiations, contract management, and performance reviews.,Oversee the procurement process from request to delivery, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for cost reduction and value enhancement.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate procurement of materials and services.,Monitor and report on procurement metrics to provide insights for continuous improvement.,Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging procurement technologies.,Lead and mentor junior procurement staff to foster a skilled and motivated team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with a strong background in managing vendor relationships and contract negotiations.,Proven track record of achieving cost savings and operational efficiency in procurement processes.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.,Proficiency in using procurement software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.,Knowledge of Indonesian procurement laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
