📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Create training materials, including manuals, handouts, and multimedia presentations.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements.,Evaluate training programs to ensure they meet organizational goals.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Collaborate with other departments to align training programs with business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development.,Proven track record in developing and delivering effective training programs.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Knowledge of training methodologies and technologies.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
