Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services,Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels,Monitor and analyze marketing performance to optimize results,Develop and maintain the company's brand image and reputation,Collaborate with other departments to ensure marketing goals are met,Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies,Prepare and present marketing reports to senior management,Manage social media accounts and engage with customers

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing communication,Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms,Excellent written and verbal communication skills,Proficient in using marketing software and tools,Creative and innovative thinker with a strong attention to detail,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with Indonesian market and consumer behavior
