📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement performance improvement strategies that drive operational excellence and business growth.
• Lead a team of performance analysts and consultants to deliver measurable results.

• Identify areas for improvement and develop actionable plans to address them.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in performance management, with a proven track record of delivering measurable results.
• Certifications in Balanced Scorecard, Six Sigma, or Lean Six Sigma are a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
