📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality candidate pool.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and align recruitment efforts accordingly.,Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for the role.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.,Maintain and update job postings on various platforms to maximize visibility and reach.,Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and industry trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong organizational and time-management skills.
