PT Nusantara Jaya is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Manager to oversee the efficient operation of our warehouse in Baturaja, Sumatera Selatan. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and supply chain management, with excellent organizational and leadership skills. This is a remote position, allowing you to manage operations from anywhere while maintaining a strong connection with the local team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring smooth flow of goods and efficient use of space.,Manage a team of warehouse staff, providing training, guidance, and motivation to achieve operational goals.,Implement and maintain inventory control systems to ensure accuracy and minimize stockouts.,Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and other departments to facilitate timely delivery of goods.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics, such as inventory turnover, order fulfillment rates, and cost efficiency.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.,Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement cost-saving measures.,Maintain accurate records of warehouse activities and prepare reports for management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing warehouse operations and teams.,Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and software.,Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with remote management tools and technologies.,Understanding of Indonesian business culture and regulations.
