Tanggung Jawab:
Manage and lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.Set and achieve sales targets and KPIs for the team, ensuring continuous improvement and growth.Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to foster long-term business relationships.Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and feedback to the team.Coordinate and collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales projects.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to identify new opportunities for growth.Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and awareness.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Proven experience as a Sales Project Team Leader or similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.Proficient in using sales and project management tools and software.Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.Experience in the hospitality or tourism industry is a plus.Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the flexibility to travel and work in different locations.🛠️ Keahlian
