Mandaya Hospital Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accounting Manager to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the General Ledger, Fixed Assets, and Tax functions. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting, and will be expected to provide strategic advice to senior management. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the General Ledger, including month-end closing, reconciliations, and financial reporting.,Oversee the Fixed Assets function, including capitalization, depreciation, and disposal of assets.,Manage the Tax function, including tax planning, compliance, and reporting.,Provide financial analysis and advice to senior management, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance evaluation.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including GAAP and IFRS.,Lead and mentor junior accounting staff, and provide training and development opportunities.,Collaborate with other departments, including IT, HR, and operations, to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a senior management role.,Strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS.,Proficient in accounting software, including SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with tax laws and regulations is a plus.
