Lewis Personnel Management is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Background Check Specialist to join our Compliance & Risk Management team in Bali, Indonesia. This role is pivotal in ensuring the integrity and safety of our organization by conducting thorough background checks on potential hires and existing employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of compliance regulations and risk management principles, and will be able to work both independently and as part of a team to deliver exceptional results.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct comprehensive background checks on potential hires and existing employees, including but not limited to criminal history, education, employment, and reference checks.,Analyze and interpret background check results to identify any potential risks or red flags.,Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to address any identified issues.,Maintain and update background check records and databases to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.,Collaborate with the Compliance & Risk Management team to develop and implement background check policies and procedures.,Provide training and support to other team members on background check best practices and compliance requirements.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in background checking and risk management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Human Resources, Law, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in background checking, compliance, or risk management.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.,Proficiency in using background check software and databases.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
