Agung Cahya Computer is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Cashier to join our restaurant team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all cash transactions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cash handling and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all cash transactions, including sales, refunds, and deposits.,Ensure accurate and timely processing of payments using POS systems.,Provide excellent customer service, resolving any issues or concerns promptly.,Maintain a clean and organized cash register area.,Monitor cash levels and report any discrepancies to the manager.,Assist in opening and closing the cash register at the beginning and end of each shift.,Handle customer complaints and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Stay updated on company policies and procedures related to cash handling and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cashier or similar role in the restaurant industry.,Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures and POS systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications in customer service are a plus.,Familiarity with basic accounting principles and practices.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Professional and courteous demeanor, with a customer-focused approach.
