🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

PhD in a relevant field such as Human Factors, Psychology, Ergonomics, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in research, with a proven track record in Defence R&D.,Strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals and presentations at international conferences.,Excellent leadership and project management skills.,Proven ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.,Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.,Experience in grant writing and proposal development.,Strong understanding of ethical considerations in human science research.
