📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.,Lead and motivate a team of store staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.,Participate in training and development programs for store staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of success in driving sales growth and improving store performance.,Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve their best.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.,Proficiency in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior is a plus.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian is required.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for store visits and meetings.
