Are you a passionate and experienced Source-to-Contract Specialist with a strong background in Japanese? Johnson & Johnson is seeking a talented individual to join our APAC Regional Procurement team in Canggu, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire procurement process from sourcing to contract execution, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the entire procurement process from sourcing to contract execution, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors, both locally and internationally.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and negotiate favorable terms and conditions.,Prepare and review procurement documents, including RFPs, RFQs, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.,Monitor and manage supplier performance, ensuring quality and timely delivery of goods and services.,Liaise with internal stakeholders, including procurement, legal, and finance teams, to ensure smooth procurement operations.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in procurement and supply chain management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on Source-to-Contract processes.,Strong knowledge of procurement policies, procedures, and regulations, with a focus on the healthcare industry.,Proficient in Japanese language, both written and spoken.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other procurement-related software and tools.,Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
