📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide outstanding customer service through live chat and e-commerce platforms
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues with professionalism and empathy
• Resolve customer problems and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams
• Ensure a seamless shopping experience by maintaining accurate product information and order status updates
• Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, especially in e-commerce or live chat support
• Proficient in using live chat support tools such as Zendesk, LivePerson, or similar platforms
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
• Ability to work under pressure and meet service level agreements
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and processes
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related fields
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
