📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and coordinate public-private partnerships to foster innovation and collaboration.
• Oversee the implementation of digital transformation projects, ensuring alignment with national and regional goals.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of digital initiatives, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Represent Bangka Belitung Digital Transformation Agency at national and international forums to advocate for digital economy policies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for digital innovation and investment.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in the digital economy sector.
• Mentor and develop a team of digital economy specialists to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in digital economy strategy, public sector management, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of leading and managing large-scale digital transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of digital economy trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
