📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records using SAP or Oracle Financialis
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare tax returns using SAP Tax or similar software
- Monitor and report on key financial metrics and performance indicators
- Provide financial advice and support to insurance underwriters, brokers, and clients
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and the board of directors
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts for the insurance brokerage business
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all financial documentation and records
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, taxation, and accounting, with a focus on insurance or a related industry
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS
- Proficient in using SAP, Oracle Financialis, or similar financial software
- Experience with tax compliance and preparation of tax returns
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
