📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate water management practices into overall business operations.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for water resource issues.
• Represent the company at industry conferences and events.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in water resource management.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant environmental laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Water Resources Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in water resource management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successful water management projects.
• Strong understanding of environmental regulations and sustainability practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in using water management software such as ArcGIS, MIKE, and WATERS.
• Certification in water resource management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
