🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Master's degree or PhD in Biotechnology or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in biotechnology research and development.
• Proven track record of leading successful research projects.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and ethical guidelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
