📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage crew schedules and ensure compliance with international maritime regulations, including STCW and MARPOL.
• Coordinate with crew members, vessel managers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor crew performance and provide feedback to enhance efficiency and safety.
• Handle crew documentation, including contracts, medical certificates, and training records.
• Utilize maritime software like MARAD and MARPOL for crew planning and compliance tracking.
• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new crew members.
• Provide support to the crew in case of emergencies or medical situations.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in maritime crew management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in maritime crew management or a similar role.
• Familiarity with international maritime regulations, including STCW and MARPOL.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of maritime software like MARAD and MARPOL is a plus.
