📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain advanced PCB manufacturing equipment, including etching, drilling, and plating machines.
• Inspect PCB panels for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with the manufacturing process.
• Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Perform routine maintenance and calibration of equipment.
• Work closely with the engineering team to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations.
• Monitor and record production data to ensure quality and consistency.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the manufacturing process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Diploma or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in PCB manufacturing or a related field.
• Familiarity with PCB manufacturing processes, including etching, drilling, and plating.
• Knowledge of quality control and inspection procedures.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and follow safety protocols.
• Familiarity with CAD software, such as Altium Designer or KiCad, is a plus.
