📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily production operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety protocols.
• Lead and mentor a team of production workers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies to optimize production efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
