As a Finance & Tax Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing monthly financial statements, and ensuring compliance with Indonesian tax laws. You will work closely with our accounting team to ensure all financial transactions are processed accurately and efficiently. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing our tax filings, ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared and submitted on time.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Process payroll and ensure all payroll taxes are filed and paid on time.
• Prepare and submit monthly financial statements to management.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
• Manage tax filings, including preparation of necessary documentation and submission to the relevant authorities.
• Assist in the preparation of annual financial reports.
• Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure all financial transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance and tax operations.
• Proficiency in Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
• Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
